Hidden Treasures

We are a ministry that is reaching out to the homeless and least people. Every Monday and Friday evening we serve people with hot drinks and a lunch package for the next day directly from outside our Kadijksplein building. The reason we do this is to share the love of God our Fathers and through that we want to make him know. We also really strive to build relationships with the people we serve and we hope to see God move in their lives.

"35 For I was hungry and you gave me food, I was thirsty and you gave me drink, I was a
stranger and you welcomed me, 36 I was naked and you clothed me, I was sick and you
visited me, I was in prison and you came to me.’
40And the King will answer them, ‘Truly, I say to you, as you did it to one of the least of these
my brothers, you did it to me.’"

The Lord gave us an invitation to take care of each other and to look after the least and through this we see that we glorify Jesus. We believe that the Father is waiting at the gate for his sons and daughters to come home and run right into his arms.

This ministry is also called Hidden treasures because of a vision one of our members had when it started: A vision that struck me was of pearls which where buried in a pool of mud. But the Lord was picking them out and slowly cleaning them until they where shining bright.
